Ali Landry Monteverde

Ali Landry, an American beauty pageant contestant, model, and actress who was awarded Miss USA in 1996, is an American actress. The name of her mother was inspired by actress Ali MacGraw after she watched her 1970 film 'Love Story'. Her birthplace was Cecilia and attended Cecilia High School. She was head of the cheerleading team at high school, and was crowned Miss Louisiana Teen USA' at the age of seventeen. In 1996, she was awarded the 'Miss Louisiana USA' title. She made her debut in the limelight following winning the 'Miss USA' title. She made her acting debut in 1997, in the TV series 'Clueless'. They referred to her as "the Doritos Girl", after appearing in a 'Doritos commercial' for the Super Bowl of 1998. Her film debut was in the film 'Beautiful', which was released in 2000.
